Instructions for a great day at the beach

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Calm your body and become one with the surrounding space.
  3. Feel that sence in the air.    -you haven’t noticed it all this time-
  4. 50 spf cause it doesn’t matter what rubbish you eat or the bad habits you have BLOTCHES ARE NOT A TREND.
  5. Feek the breeze. warm and cold at the same time. Like your ordinary life. Waking up in a good mood but always loosing it later. (of course you don’t feel anything like this right now)
  6. Get overwhelmed by the heat. feel it everywhere -not warm, not cold-
  7. Feel like a feather.Be happy.Live in the moment.
  8. You feel hot. You burst.
  9. You get up in searh for a solution. You start swimming.
  10. You exhale the air and reach the bottom.
  11. Calm your body. Try listening. You’re nothing. You’re one with the world; nothing and something at the same time
  12. Lie on the towel.
  13. Open your eyes.
